Ongoing Projects
Mount Hampden: In 2012 the government of Zimbabwe announced its plans to build a new capital city in Mount Hampden. The new parliament is currently under construction at the New Capital City. The new City will also have the Supreme and High Courts, the Reserve Bank, high and low-density suburbs, hotels, and shopping malls. A university, technology centre, schools, churches, hospitals, and industrial sites. Romapix Construction is currently developing 4000 stands (300 ha) in Mount Hampden, at the new capital city. To date, this is the largest high-density development in Zimbabwe. Romapix was chosen by the client due to its exceptional work ethic and quality of completed works

Chiedza Park Boronia Harare South
Our client for this project is New Century Production. This project is located in Harare South in an area that will be known as Chiedza Park. Located 28km out of the Harare CBD, then 5km off Beatrice Road going along Mahusekwa Rd, Chiedza Park is under The Manyame Rural district council and this project has 3516 stands. Romapix Housing is selling stands ranging in size from 200sqm, 250sqm and 300sqm with more stands in future with bigger sizes.

Nyabira Rosewood Park Project
Our client for this project is Divine Aid Trust Company. In 2012 the government of Zimbabwe announced its plans to build a new capital city in Mount Hampden. 2023 saw the opening of the new Parliament. Romapix Construction developed about 4000 residential stands in the nearby town known as Nyabira. The stands were developed in an area that is known as Rosewood Park. Located 33km out of the Harare CBD. Rosewood Park is under the Zvimba Rural district council. Romapix Construction is selling residential stands ranging in size from 300sqm -700sqm.

Suncity-Village Donnybrook
This is one is one of projects located in the Capital city and our client for this project is Puregold. The area is situated 15km outside of the Harare central business district, just after Mabvuku turnoff along Mutare Rd. Sun City is under the Harare City Council and 1100 stands are being developed. Currently we are selling 300sqm stands and bigger stands will be made available as we further the development of this area.

Ashdown Park Gated Community
Ashdown Park is a project we as Romapix have partnered with legacy Education and development Trust that constitutes 58 medium density stands. This project is scheduled to be completed by April 2024. 8km out of the CBD, located just 1km off Kirkman Rd Close to Marantha Group of Schools. Ashdown Park will consist of a gated community with the following spaces in the areas of residential flats, commercial stands, and a church. Currently, servicing of this land is underway, and this consists of road structural serving, construction of water and sewer reticulation.

Groobie Park, Waterfalls
Groobie Park located in Waterfalls is one of the low-density communities that Romapix Construction is currently developing with our client being Tanaka Development Group. This area has stands that average 1000sqm, including a gated community with 20 stands. Situated close to amenities and major roads that connect to the central business district making it an easy commute.

The client is the Chivhu Rural District Council and the project valuation is $3,500,000.00.
